We are blessed in having men and women of great diversity,talent and commitmentwho make this restaurant work so well each day. It takes precision dedication and a poetic mix of our talented individuals to make such a successful restaurant. There is no magic formula but indeed there is magic. That magic is contagious and evident in the relationships we build with each other, and with our customers. Our staff are our standard bearers as we consult together in striving to make your dining experience exceptional.

Isaac GreenIsaac is our one and only apprentice at Garnish, however most of us don’t think of him as an apprentice given his talent, ability and qualifications as an artisan baker. Isaac studied making breads, pastries and sourdoughs under some of the best bakers the world has to offer. We recently started producing our own ‘levain’ under Isaac’s careful eye and have also added our very own house baked sourdough. “Not many restaurants can boast all breads baked in house. We feel very privileged to have someone with Isaac’s knowledge in the kitchen. As he learns from me, I too am learning in turn. It won’t be long before Isaac is qualified as a chef, and he will then have two qualifications under his apron” says Chef Lachy. As we’re positive everyone who has had the pleasure of sampling his baking will agree, his talents will see him become someone to watch out for in the very near future. -
